Kevin Castle provided excellent work and customer service. He responded quickly to our initial phone call and came out the same day to climb up our roof and inspect. His estimate came with many photos and recommendations. We found his price to be quite fair and appreciated the lack of a "hard sell." We accepted his bid and he did the work very well - took photos afterwards so we could see the improvements. He does do the work himself and I was very impressed. He arrived on time and was working for at least 8 hours. He cleaned up completely too. We've got a tile roof and some contractors won't work on tile. I recommend Castle and Kevin very highly. recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Kevin with Castle Exterior Services . Kevin cleaned my roof, pressure washed my deck and cleaned my exterior windows. He also provides insightful recommendations that I hadn’t considered showing his expertise in his field. I didn’t feel over sold or taken advantage of (it’s hard to find that) .

I can't give these guys enough stars!!! Seriously, Kevin and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. I'm in the landscaping company myself, and he is top notch! Castle services exceeded any of our expectations from their communicaiton, competitive bidding, professionalism, and satisfactory services. They do it all: gutters, rooftop cleaning, drainage issues, and additional landscaping services! You are silly if you don't try this company out.
Kevin is very professional and has great communication skills. He made it out the next day to come look at the roof and even texted to let me know when he was in route.. He was able to get the roof done same day for me, even though he had to move some things around to make it work! He also noticed some leak hazards that needed to be mitigated and tree trimming that needed to be address. He took care of them free of charge. He sent before and after photos when done, and the roof looks great! We are so happy with the work that we are having him come back out next month to pressure wash our driveway and sidewalk. I highly recommend using Castle Exterior Services.
I have two homes in close proximity. Kevin cleaned the gutter screens and roof on one of the houses. He also cleaned the gutters on the second house/garage as well as removing some moss. I had not requested the moss removal but Kevin did it anyway with no additional charge. He also reattached one of the screens on the first house. He was on time, got right to work and did a nice job. I would certainly hire him again.
